There is a poem called "Butterfly in the Wind" in which the poet says that we shouldn't compare children. Some will fly higher than others but each child will fly the best that it can. "Each child is different, each child is special, each child is beautiful."

We work to discover and develop each child's personal strengths. As I visit classrooms I see children being given the opportunities to explore, to ask, to wonder and to imagine in an environment of mutual respect and responsibility. Allowing them to do this is the foundation on which life long learning and success at school is built.
